These are two different experiences that happen at different moments:
- Signing guest book — You order before the wedding. The record arrives with your wedding songs already pressed. Guests sign the jacket cover or the blank signing disc at the reception. You end up with a record that plays your music and carries everyone's signature.
- Audio guestbook vinyl — Guests record voice messages on your wedding day or shortly after (via phone booth, app, or voice recording). You collect those audio files and send them to us. We master and press them onto a real vinyl disc. You end up with a record of everyone's voices, speeches, and toasts — playable forever.

Which option should I choose — The Jacket, The Record, The Full Set, or The Complete Wedding Set?
- The Jacket ($39.97) — Best if you want a physical signing station at the reception. Guests sign the custom cover. No disc included.
- The Record ($149.97) — Best if you want your wedding songs or guest voice messages pressed onto a real vinyl disc with a custom photo jacket. No signing disc.
- The Full Set ($179.97) — Best if you want your songs on vinyl and a separate blank disc for guests to sign — so the audio stays protected.
- The Complete Wedding Set ($249.97) — Best if you want everything. Full Set before the wedding, plus we press your guests' voice messages onto a second disc after the wedding. One payment, two deliveries.
How far in advance should I order before my wedding date?
We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your wedding date. CCS Vintage delivers a digital art proof within 24 hours of receiving your brief. Once you approve, production takes approximately 7 business days, and shipping adds 5–14 business days depending on your location. If your wedding is sooner, reach out via WhatsApp — we have a VIP Rush option for tight timelines.
What audio can I put on the record? Can I include vows, speeches, and songs?
Yes — any audio you own or recorded yourself works. The most popular combinations are:
- Ceremony music + first dance song
- Ceremony music + reception playlist
- Best man or maid of honor speech + your song
- Guest voice messages + toasts (audio guestbook)
You can share a Spotify or Apple Music playlist link, send a list of song titles, or upload MP3/WAV files directly. We also work with video files — if you only have a wedding video of the toast, the first dance, or the ceremony, we can extract the audio and master it for vinyl. This service has an additional cost depending on the length and number of videos. Henry manually balances every track so everything sounds right together.
How do guests record their voice messages for the audio guestbook?
There are several ways to collect audio from your guests:
- Phone voice booth — Services like HeyVoicemail or Memo provide a dedicated phone number guests can call to leave a message. You download all recordings as MP3s when you're ready.
- Voice recording app — Set up a tablet or phone at the reception with a recording app. A designated person manages it.
- WhatsApp / voice notes — Ask guests to send voice messages to a dedicated number. Works especially well for guests who couldn't attend in person.
Once you have the files, send them to us. We handle all editing, mixing, and mastering before pressing.
Can I use the same disc for guest signatures and audio guestbook recordings?
No — and here's why. The blank signing disc included in The Full Set and The Complete Wedding Set has no grooves — it's a flat disc designed specifically for signing. That means no risk to needles or audio. The audio disc stays untouched in the jacket. The signing disc becomes the visual keepsake your guests leave their mark on.
What pen should I use for guests to sign the record, and will the ink damage the audio?
We highly recommend Metallic Sharpies — gold or silver look stunning against the black vinyl and they dry fast, which matters with a line of guests. A few rules:
- If you ordered The Full Set or the Complete Wedding Set, the blank signing disc has no grooves — it's designed exactly for this. Sign freely on any part of its surface.
- If you ordered The Full Set or the Complete Wedding Set, use the blank signing disc for signatures — that one has no audio and is designed for signing.
- Let each signature dry for 30 seconds before stacking anything on top.
What if I don't have photos or songs ready when I order?
No problem. Place your order and Henry will email you right after with a brief link to collect your photos, songs, and names for the cover. Nothing goes to production until you've approved the digital art proof — so there's no pressure to have everything ready at checkout. You have time to pull your photos and playlist together after ordering.
How long does delivery take, and do you ship internationally?
Art proof is delivered within 24 hours of your brief. Once approved, production takes approximately 7 business days. US and Canadian orders ship in 5–10 business days. Europe and UK add 7–12 days. Asia-Pacific destinations typically take 15–20 business days after production. CCS Vintage ships to over 50 countries including Australia, Japan, Singapore, and most of Europe. Import duties may apply depending on your country.
