1 Upload your mixtape 
Upload your own audio files. Remember, there is a maximum of 20 minutes and 6 songs for each side of the vinyl.

2 Add your photos or artwork
Use photos that bring back special or funny memories and would like to get to life on your custom album cover and vinyl labels. The labels are the inner circle of the vinyl record. 

3 Approve the design proof 
Within the next 24 hours, we'll send an art proof for your approval before printing the record, so you'll receive exactly what you see on the screen!

4. Enjoy your record
Here are the production and delivery times:
  • Proof to approval: 24h
  • Production: 2–7 business days (May vary on Christmas)
  • Shipping: Up to 10 business days for the free option, but upgrades are available.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are produced 2–7 business days after you approve the design proof.
NOTE: During Chirstmas, processing may take up to 30 business days. We recommend placing your order early to make sure that you receive your gift on time.

What happens after you order?
  1. After your order, we’ll edit your artwork and send art proofs via email for your approval plus master your audio files to improve the sound quality.
  2. Once you approve it, we print and press your customized vinyl records. 
  3. When your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number via email. So, you can track it to your doorstep and start playing your vinyl record.
Can I buy now and send files later?
Yes! You can buy now and send us your files by email when you are ready, no hurries. We'll keep the contact by email if you need further help, you won't be alone.

Can I write my playlist and you get the songs for me? 
Yes, we can help you. Please contact us   for further information.

Is the quality of my photos good enough?
We'll check your photos to confirm that they are good enough. If not, we'll use Artifitial Intelligence tools to improve its quality and it the most of cases it works perfectly. We will always send the art for your approval, No worries!

Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once we begin customization it may not be possible. Contact us ASAP   and we’ll do our best.

What files do you accept?

  • Audio: MP3 or WAV.
  • Images: JPG/PNG, sharp and high-resolution (ideally 300 DPI) - Keep faces/text away from edges.

Will it play on any turntable?

Yes. Your custom vinyl is cut to standard specs and plays on any turntable.

Photo quality—what should I check?

Good lighting, high resolution (300 DPI ideal), subjects centered, and no important text near edges or center on stickers. If quality isn’t enough, we’ll let you know.
Recommended size for cover images 3675px per side and labels images 1200px per side.

How many songs fit?

Up to 12 tracks, depending on record size and total minutes. If you’re unsure, send your list and we’ll advise.

Do you master the audio?

We optimize levels for vinyl and flag issues that could impact playback.
