What are custom vinyl record labels?
Custom vinyl record labels are personalized center stickers for vinyl records — the round artwork you see when you look at a record on a turntable. At CCS Vintage, Yayi designs them from your photos, colors, and event details, and we print them on premium 3M vinyl with a scratch-resistant finish. They arrive ready to apply to any standard vinyl record.
What sizes are available for custom vinyl labels?
We offer two sizes: 7-inch (for 45 RPM singles) and 12-inch (for standard LPs). Both use the same label diameter — the difference is in which record they're designed for. Select your size at checkout.
How many labels do I receive per order?
Every order includes 4 labels — 2 complete sets (Side A + Side B × 2). That means you get one set to apply to your record and one full backup set. The second set is great for a second record, a replacement, or to share with someone.
What material are the labels printed on?
Premium 3M self-adhesive vinyl with a scratch-resistant laminate finish. Designed for bubble-free application and clean removal without residue or damage to the record surface.
Can I apply these labels over an existing record label?
Yes — the 3M vinyl adhesive is designed to apply smoothly over existing surfaces, including existing record labels. This makes them perfect for creating wedding guestbooks (guests sign around the label), baby shower centerpieces, birthday decorations, or refreshing the look of a record you already own. The labels remove cleanly if you ever need to take them off.
Do you design the labels or do I need to send my own artwork?
Both options work:
- Yayi designs it for you — send your photos, colors, and references. She creates the layout, typography, and vintage-style artwork from scratch.
- You send your own design — send the file (1200 × 1200 px, JPG or PNG, square, no circular mask) and we review it for resolution, alignment, and center-hole placement before printing.
Most customers choose the done-for-you option — it's included in the price.
How fast will I get the proof and the finished labels?
You receive a digital mockup within 24 hours of placing your order and sending your details. Once you approve it, production and shipping take approximately 7–10 business days inside the US.
What if I only need the digital label file, not printed stickers?
We offer a digital-only version through WhatsApp — Henry handles those cases personally so the file matches exactly what you need. Use the WhatsApp button on this page to get pricing and details.
Do you ship custom vinyl record labels internationally?
Currently this product ships only inside the US. For international orders, message Henry on WhatsApp — we can sometimes accommodate special cases depending on destination and timing.
What if I want labels plus a full custom vinyl record?
Our custom vinyl record already includes personalized center labels as part of the package — plus the printed cover and a real playable disc with your songs. If you already have a CCS Vintage record and want new labels for it, this product is exactly what you need.
