Returns & Replacements (Refund Policy)
Custom and Personalized Products
All vinyl records sold by CCS Vintage are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Because each record is uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.
Before any record goes into production, we send you an art proof for your review and approval. Nothing is pressed until you confirm that everything looks correct. This approval process is your opportunity to request any changes.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your record arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, reach out through our contact page at ccsvintage.com/pages/contact or email us at support@ccsvintage.com. Please include photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Replacements are not offered for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds or replacements, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, please note that custom and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This exemption applies because your record is made specifically to your personal specifications and cannot be resold.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved and you have not received it within 15 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. Processing times vary by institution. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@ccsvintage.com.
