Custom Vinyl Records for Corporate Events & Client Gifts
The luxury corporate gift
nobody else thought of.
A real vinyl record — your songs, your brand, your story — pressed and delivered for your next executive event, client dinner, or team moment. From 1 unit to 150+. Henry reviews every order personally.

Why luxury corporate gifts stop working — and what to do instead
The market for luxury corporate gifts is full of good products. Yeti tumblers, leather folios, curated gift boxes, premium headphones — all well made, all well intentioned. The problem isn't quality. It's that everyone gives the same thing.
An executive who receives their tenth high-end tumbler of the season doesn't remember who gave it to them. The gift does its job — and disappears. Not because it wasn't nice, but because it wasn't specific. It could have come from anyone.
The gift that gets talked about after the event isn't always the most expensive one. It's the one that clearly required someone to think about the recipient — to choose something that couldn't have come from a catalog. Something that only exists because someone made a decision about that person, in that moment.
That's exactly what happened at a Valentine's Day event for 140 real estate executives in New York City.
How a real estate marketing agency gave 140 executives a gift nobody else had
A marketing director came to us with a clear brief: 140 records, 10 Persian songs per disc, a Valentine's Day event for executive real estate clients in New York City. She didn't want swag. She wanted something the room would remember.
We pressed 146 black 12” records — each with a custom cover, a custom label, and a playlist built around Persian music her clients grew up with. Every disc arrived before the event, including through the winter storm that hit the East Coast at the end of January.
“The event went really well. What a huge success — everyone absolutely loved their gift.”
— Client · Real estate marketing agency · New York City, 2026
What’s included in a custom vinyl record for corporate events
Every corporate order — whether it’s one disc or one hundred — includes the same level of attention.
A real pressed vinyl record — not a print, not a plaque
Lathe-cut 12”, 10”, or 7”. It plays on any record player. It stands on any desk. It holds its value on any shelf — because it’s a real object, not a branded tchotchke.
Your brand and your story on the cover — art proof in 24 hours
Yayi designs the front cover, back cover, and label with your logo, your colors, your photos, and your event. You receive the full art proof in 24 hours. Nothing goes to press without your approval.
Your songs, your files — we handle the rest
Send Henry the audio files for the songs you want on the record — WAV or MP3. Henry handles all the technical steps from there. If you want recipients to be able to stream the playlist after the event, we can add a QR code linking to a Spotify playlist you create.
QR code to stream the playlist — no record player needed
Each record can include a QR code on the back cover that links to the full playlist on Spotify. The gift works on the day it’s received — whether the recipient has a turntable or not. Most don’t. That’s not the point.
From 1 unit to 150+ — individual or batch packaging
Single records ship with the same care as a batch of 150. For larger runs, Henry coordinates directly with our premium manufacturer — the same one used for large-scale event and institutional projects.
How a corporate vinyl record order works — from brief to event delivery
Four steps. No forms, no queue, no automated system. Henry handles every corporate order the same way he handles every personal one — directly.
You share the brief
Event date, number of units, your audio files, and brand assets. A WhatsApp message is enough to start. No intake form.
Yayi builds the art proof in 24 hours
Front cover, back cover, and label — designed with your logo, colors, and photos. You approve before anything is pressed. Revisions included.
We coordinate production
Standard runs go through our regular flow. Larger or premium runs go through our specialized manufacturer, experienced with institutional and large-scale event orders.
Your records arrive before the event
Standard lead time: 7 days production + 10 days shipping. Rush options available — tell Henry your event date and he’ll map the best route.
Who orders custom vinyl records for corporate events and client gifts
Every brief is different. The common thread is that the person ordering wants something the recipient won’t have seen before.
Event planners looking for unique corporate event gift ideas
You need something that photographs well, travels well, and gets talked about after the event is over. One record or 150 — we work with your timeline and your brand brief.
Marketing directors giving personalized executive gifts
Your brand deserves a gift that reflects it — not a logo slapped on a tumbler. Custom cover design, your playlist, your label. Something that says the company thought about the person.
Client gifting managers replacing the same luxury corporate gifts
If your clients already have everything, give them something they’ve never received. Nobody else at that dinner will have a vinyl record with their name on it.
Agencies and studios delivering gifting for their own clients
We’ve worked with creative agencies and event production studios managing gifting on behalf of their clients. Henry handles the brief, the timeline, and the coordination — you handle the presentation.

Custom vinyl records for an executive awards event — branded cover, gold label, QR codes
An event production team needed 6 custom 12” black records for an executive awards weekend. Two cover designs, each featuring the event branding. Gold labels with the full program printed in circular text. A QR code on the back cover linking to event logistics. A personal welcome message from the organizers printed on the inner sleeve.
They found us through the product page and purchased directly — no quote, no back-and-forth. The brief arrived with the order. The art proof was in their inbox the next morning.

Questions about custom vinyl records for corporate events and executive gifts
What’s the minimum order quantity for a corporate vinyl record?
There is no minimum. You can order a single record or a run of 150+. For smaller runs (1–25 units), Henry manages the order directly through our standard production flow. For larger runs, he coordinates with our specialized manufacturer, which has experience with institutional and large-scale event orders. If you’re not sure what quantity makes sense for your event, ask Henry on WhatsApp — he can help you think through the brief.
How long does a corporate vinyl record order take from brief to delivery?
Standard lead time is 7 business days for production plus 10 days for shipping within the US — roughly 2.5 to 3 weeks from order to delivery. That timeline applies to smaller runs of around 1–20 units. For larger orders, production time extends depending on quantity — 50 or 100 records require more press time than 10. If you need a precise timeline for your specific order size, mention it when you reach out and Henry will give you a real estimate. Rush production is available for an additional fee if your event date is close. International orders follow the same production schedule but may require additional shipping days depending on destination.
Do the recipients need a record player to enjoy the vinyl?
No. According to Luminate’s music industry data, roughly half of all vinyl buyers in the US don’t own a record player — they buy vinyl because they want to own the music physically, not just stream it. The same applies to receiving one as a gift. A custom vinyl record is held, displayed, and kept in a way that a gift card or a tumbler never is. For recipients who do want to listen, each record can include a QR code on the back cover that links to the full playlist on Spotify — no turntable required.
Can each record in a batch have a different cover design?
Yes — but it affects the price. Our standard batch pricing is based on identical copies of the same disc (same cover, same label, same songs). If you need multiple different designs within the same order, Henry will quote the run as separate smaller batches, which changes the unit economics. One cover design per batch is always the most cost-efficient option. If you need two or three design variations, share the brief with Henry on WhatsApp and he’ll tell you exactly what it affects.
What audio files does my company need to provide for the record?
You provide the audio files — WAV or MP3 — for the songs you want on the record. Those files need to be ones your company has the legal right to use: original music, recordings you own, or tracks you’ve licensed. We recommend confirming this with your legal team before finalizing the song selection, both for your peace of mind and to protect your company from any future claims. Henry handles all the technical production steps once he receives the files. If you’d also like recipients to be able to stream the playlist, we can add a QR code on the back cover linking to a Spotify playlist you create — that part is entirely separate from the audio production. All copyright responsibility for the music included in the order rests with the client.
What does “art proof in 24 hours” mean for a batch order?
Within 24 hours of receiving your brief and brand assets, Yayi builds the full design — front cover, back cover, and disc label — and sends it to you for review. For batch orders, this means you see the complete design for every element of the record before a single unit goes to press. You can request revisions at no additional cost. Nothing is produced until you confirm approval. For orders with multiple design variations, each variation gets its own proof.
Can I add our company logo and QR codes to the record?
Yes — this is standard for corporate orders. Your logo can appear on the front cover, the disc label, or both. QR codes are placed on the back cover and can link to any URL: a Spotify playlist, an event page, a welcome video, or a custom landing page you provide. If you want a written message printed on the inner sleeve (as a welcome note, a thank-you, or a program), that’s included as well. Share your assets when you reach out and Yayi will work them into the design.
How is a custom vinyl record different from other luxury corporate gifts?
Most luxury corporate gifts are excellent products that happen to be anonymous — they exist in catalogs, they’re available to any company, and they arrive without a story. A custom vinyl record is the opposite: it only exists because someone made specific decisions about a specific person or event. The songs, the cover design, the label, the message on the sleeve — none of it came from a template. That specificity is what gets talked about after the event. It’s also what makes a vinyl record more durable as a gift: it holds meaning in a way that a tumbler or a leather folio can’t, because it was made for that moment.
What if I need the records faster than the standard 2–3 week lead time?
Rush options are available for both production and shipping. The feasibility depends on your event date, the size of your order, and current production availability — which is why the first step is always a WhatsApp message to Henry with your date and quantity. He will tell you immediately what’s possible and what it costs. Note that there are blackout periods around peak seasons (late November through Christmas) when rush availability is limited — if your event falls in that window, the earlier you reach out, the better.
What if something arrives damaged — how does CCS Vintage handle it?
We fix it. If any unit in your order arrives with damage — bent corners, print issues, or anything that doesn’t meet the standard shown in your proof — Henry will arrange a replacement. For corporate orders, we also ship extra jackets as a buffer, specifically to account for packaging stress in transit. If you notice a problem after delivery, contact Henry directly on WhatsApp or at support@ccsvintage.com. We have never left a corporate order unresolved.
Do you ship corporate orders internationally?
Yes. We ship to 50+ countries. For large runs destined for events outside the US, Henry coordinates the best shipping option based on your timeline and destination — including freight for very large orders. We work with manufacturers in Europe (Italy and Austria) to reduce lead times and customs complexity for events in the EU and UK. If your event is in a specific country, mention it to Henry when you reach out so he can route the order correctly from the start.
How do I start a corporate vinyl record order?
Send Henry a WhatsApp message with four things: your event date, the number of units you need, the name of your company or brand, and your email for the art proof. That’s enough to get started. Henry will respond within 24 hours with a quote, a timeline, and any questions he needs answered before Yayi begins the design. No long forms, no intake calls, no waiting for an automated email.
