From Caracas to 50 Countries — How CCS Vintage Started
Henry has been working with vinyl since 2016 — starting by finding and selling collectible records from Caracas to music lovers across the US. In 2021, he found a new direction: instead of selling other people's records, what if you could press your own?
The first custom vinyl record order came that year. Then more. Then thousands more. What started as an experiment on Etsy, under the name Caracas Vintage, grew into CCS Vintage — its own platform, its own manufacturers in the US and Europe, its own way of working with each customer.
Yayi has been part of it from day one. She is Henry's wife and the designer behind every cover — which is why each one looks personal and not templated. Every order goes through both of them before anything goes to press.

Henry and Yayi — every time. Henry reads your order, handles your audio files, and is your point of contact from the moment you purchase until your record ships. Yayi designs your cover art. There is no automated system between your story and the record you receive. If you have a question at any point, Henry is on WhatsApp.
I need a custom vinyl record fast — how quickly can Henry and Yayi turn it around?
Art proof in 24 hours. Production in 7–10 business days after your approval. Shipping in 3–5 days within the US. If your date is close, mention it when you order or message Henry on WhatsApp before you buy — we have manufacturers in the US and Europe and can often route your order to hit a tight deadline.
What happens if I don't know what songs to choose or how to send the files?
That's the most common question we get — and it's not a problem. A Spotify link, an Apple Music playlist, a YouTube URL, or even a list of song titles is enough. Henry handles the rest. If you're stuck on which songs to choose, he'll ask you a few questions and help you figure it out. You don't need to know anything about audio files or music production to order.
